  • 1–2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain (optional)

    👨‍🍳 How to Make Besan Chilla

    Step 1: Prepare the Batter

    In a mixing bowl, add besan and water. Whisk well to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
