Ingredients
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 200 grams, crumbled or grated

- Green Chili: 1, finely chopped (optional, for spice)
- Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp, chopped
- Black Pepper Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Masala or Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Butter: as needed
- Bread Slices: 6-8 (whole wheat or white)
- Cheese Slices or Grated Cheese: (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, chopped capsicum, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- Add black pepper powder, chaat masala or garam masala, and salt.
- Mix everything well to make a uniform filling.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Take a slice of bread and spread a thin layer of butter on one side.
- Spread a generous amount of the paneer capsicum filling over the buttered side.
- Top with a cheese slice or some grated cheese if you like.
- Cover with another slice of bread. You can butter the outside for a crispier finish.
- Grill or Toast:
- Heat a sandwich maker, grill pan, or tawa.
- Place the sandwich and toast/grill until both sides are golden brown and crispy. If using a tawa, press with a spatula and cook on medium heat.
