  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 capsicum (cubed)
  • 1 onion (cubed)

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp water

👩‍🍳 How to Make Grilled Paneer Tikka

Step 1: Prepare Marinade

In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil, and all spices. Mix until smooth.

Step 2: Marinate

Add paneer, capsicum, and onion. Coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or 2 hours for best flavor).

Step 3: Skewer

Thread paneer and veggies alternately onto skewers.

Step 4: Grill / Cook
